Gaiwan & Tea is a tea tasting studio located at 7139 Collins Ave, Miami, FL 33141. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website (the "Site") or book a tea tasting with us.

When you make a reservation we ask you for:

• Your full name
• Email address
• US phone number
• Date, time, and number of guests for the booking
• Optional notes (preferences, dietary requirements)

We may also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit the Site (browser type, device, language, referral page) for security and analytics.

• To confirm and manage your reservation
• To send booking confirmations and reminders (24h and 2h before your visit)
• To respond to questions you send by email or phone
• To improve the Site and your experience
• To meet legal or accounting obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Reservation details are stored on a secure database managed by our hosting provider. We retain reservation records for up to 24 months for accounting and customer service purposes. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see section 7).

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep the Site running (e.g. to remember your language preference). If we add traffic analytics in the future we will display a cookie consent banner before any tracking begins.

When you make a confirmed reservation, you will automatically receive an email reminder 24 hours and 2 hours before your visit. To cancel, simply reply to the email — your reply goes directly to our team.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of any future marketing emails

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.
