About
— ABOUT US

Inside a Tea Ceremony

Over the course of one hour, we share carefully selected leaves from China, Taiwan, and Japan, prepared in the gongfu cha tradition — brewed in small vessels through many short infusions, allowing each tea to open and reveal its true character through time, water, and attention. The gathering is intentionally intimate, with no more than six guests, creating a calm and respectful space around the tea table, where presence is valued above performance; conversation may arise naturally, while silence is equally welcome. Rather than a formal tasting, this is a quiet tea practice — warming the vessels, awakening the leaves, listening to the sound of water, and observing the shifting aroma and texture with each steeping.
